Order Processing
Orders are processed 7 within  business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship throughout India (or specify your regions).
If you are outside of our delivery zone, we may not be able to fulfill your order.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@namy.in.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or external disruptions, but we’ll always work to resolve the issue.
Return & Refund Policy

Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased during clearance sales or marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
Minor signs of wear are normal in clothing and are not considered a defect unless clearly misrepresented.
