Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship throughout India (or specify your regions).

  • If you are outside of our delivery zone, we may not be able to fulfill your order.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with original tags (if any).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

  • Minor signs of wear are normal in thrift clothing and are not considered a defect unless clearly misrepresented.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@namy.in with your order number, a photo of the product, and the reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will send you instructions and a return address.

  3. You may be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
